My Story

Every business has a story, and The Lanai Guys is no different.

My name is Blaize Harty, and I started The Lanai Guys after years of working in construction, restoration, and hands-on service work. Over time, I noticed a common problem in Southwest Florida: homeowners needed reliable lanai services, but too often they were getting rushed jobs, poor communication, and repairs that didn’t last.

Florida is hard on lanais. Between the salt air, heat, humidity, storms, and year-round use, screen enclosures require real care and attention. I saw an opportunity to build something better, a company focused not just on fixing what’s broken, but on helping homeowners protect and maintain one of the most important parts of their home: their outdoor living space.

The Lanai Guys was built on honesty, craftsmanship, and long-term solutions. We take the time to inspect lanais properly, explain what we see, and recommend solutions that make sense—not upsells or shortcuts.
